She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Arthur Groff and Rita Ann Groff (Enterline); and her brothers-in-law, William Scaife and Leon Pepple. She is survived by: her husband Edward Row; her daughters, Mallory (Gage Kroljic) of Washington, D. C. and Lindsey (Tyler Geiger) of Davenport, IA; and her sisters, Susan Scaife of Dayton, JoEllen Stockdale (Dennis) of Dayton, Amy Pepple of Punxsutawney and Karen Williams (Steve) of Fairmount City. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
