She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Capsack and Florence Capsack; and her husband Thomas Graf. She is survived by: her daughters, Dawn Donnellan and Jennifer Zimny (Russell); her grandchildren, Jordan Banass (Joseph), Kaitlynn Hernandez (Nicholas), Ryan Zimny and Carter Zimny; and her pet Cooper.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Kurtz Memorial Chapel (65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort, IL 60423). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Good Shepherd Catholic Cemetery (16201 104th Ave, Orland Park, IL 60467).
