She was predeceased by: her parents, John Carlson and Martha Carlson (Jim Jensen); and her son Donnie Lawnicki. She is survived by: her children, Linda Foley (John) and Tracy Fernstrom (John); her brother Rick Carlson (Lorrie); her siblings-in-law, Tim Jensen (Denise) and Teri Oancea (Rod); her grandchildren, John Foley (Amy) and Kelly Formica (Matt); and her great grandchild Bennett Formica. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Kurtz Memorial Chapel (65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort, IL 60423). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Jude Children's Hospital would be greatly appreciated.
