Judy Ann Hughes Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Judy Ann Hughes of Franklin Grove, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 12, 2025 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jess Walters and Martha Walters (Kangas); her husband Kenneth "Ken" Hughes; and her brothers, Jerry Walters, Ralph Walters and David Walters.
She is survived by: her daughters, Rachel E. Hughes of Verona, VA and Heidi Hughes Palmer (Nathaniel) of Post Falls, ID; her grandchildren, Scarlett and Ivy; her siblings, Gloria Walters (Tom Starkey), Eileen Walters and Jim Walters (Mayme); and her sister-in-law Bonnie Walters (Jerry). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
