He is survived by: his wife Mary Jo Duncan; his daughters, Crystal (Glen Forbes) and Kelly (late David Frasca); and his granddaughters, Jillian Forbes (Adam Rycroft), Emily Frasca, Caitlin Forbes and Sophia Frasca.
