He was predeceased by : his wife June; his grandson Les; and his siblings, Patricia, Alice, Richard, Harry, Thomas and Joseph.

He is survived by : his children, Robert and Shirley (late Gerald); his grandchildren, Andy, Amy, Shelley (Michael) and Shaun; and his great grandchild Keira.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Sax-Tiedemann Funeral Home (9568 W Belmont Ave, Franklin Park, IL 60131). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
