She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Melvin Meier and Charlene Meier (Miner); her husband James "Mike" Lyons; her children, Michelle Lyons of Franklin and Andrew "Andy" Lyons of Franklin; her stepdaughter Cheryl Wilson (Robert) of Burbank, OK; and her siblings, Richard "Dick" Meier of Springfield and Melba Patton of Springfield. She was also cherished by her children, she cared for other children in her home as a babysitter.
