He was predeceased by : his parents, Roy Edwin and Mable Leona Spradlin (Lindsey); his siblings, Thomas Edwin and Kenneth Arthur; and his wife Shirley Ann Spradlin (Thady).
He is survived by : his children, Gregg Scott Spradlin (Jeanne), Jamy Dean Spradlin and Jeremy Daniel Spradlin (Angie).
