She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Young and Verdella Stuby Young; her son Greg Sonneborn; and her siblings, LeRoy Young and Ida Ventimiglia.
She is survived by: her children, Sam Sonneborn (Shae Campbell) of Palmyra, Alicia Wilson (Gerald) and Brandon Hunt of Franklin; her brother Larry Young; and her friend Mary Stratton. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Franklin Christian Church (111 Main St, Franklin, IL 62638).
