Tapscott of Franklin; his sisters, Brooke Hipkins-Horney (Trent) of Jacksonville and Sydney Tapscott of Quincy; his grandparents, Sue Tapscott of Jacksonville, Joseph Tapscott (Susan) of Jacksonville and Pamela Turner of Franklin; his uncles, Lucas Tapscott (Amy) of Jacksonville, Nicholas Tapscott (Sarah) of Springfield, Joshua Rooney (Kayla Knox) of Jacksonville and Cody Miller (Christina) of Jacksonville; his great-uncle David L. Tapscott of Springfield; his nephew Jace Hipkins-Phillips; and his cousins, Adisyn Tapscott, Lynley Tapscott, Brennan Tapscott, Clayton Sexton, Abby Casey, Hailey Casey, Morgan and River Miller.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, August 22nd 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Williamson Funeral Home (1405 Lincoln Ave, Jacksonville, IL 62650). Visitation was held on Saturday, August 22nd 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, August 22nd 2026 at 2:15 PM at the Calvary Cemetery (1500 Lincoln Ave, Jacksonville, IL 62650).
