He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Dale and Virginia Maxine Reed Stevens; and his brother Dana Dale Stevens. He is survived by: his wife Vickey Hageman; his children, Jon Stevens (Cassie) of Zionsville, IN, Mark Stevens (Wendy) of Rushville, Kristin Sumners (Ted), Robert Pherigo Mt (Brenna) and Paige Charles (Robert) of Havana; his grandchildren, Lily, Erin, Haley, Braydon, Emma, Ruby, Millie and Avery; and his sister Susan Johnson of Rushville. He is also survived by 30 foster children, numerous nieces and nephews.
