He is survived by: his wife Pamela Pflasterer; his children, Jamie Taylor (Jeffery) of Mascoutah, IL, Jacob Pflasterer of Mascoutah, IL and Kacey Castro (Alberto) of Freeburg, IL; his grandchildren, Siera Taylor, Trislee Taylor, Jacob Pflasterer, Kolten Pflasterer and Kyleigh Castro; his siblings, Linda Kessler (Richard), John Pflasterer (Christine) and Carol Schmidt (J. R.); his nieces and nephews, Kristine Kimmle (Brian), Bryan Kessler (Amanda), Peter Kessler (Shari), Timothy Pflasterer, Zachary Pflasterer (Shelby), Jeremy Pflasterer (Jessica), Amber Bucklew (Blake) and Taylor Kramper (Alex); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ava, Gavin, Vance Kimmle, Gabriel, Viktor, Raegan, Samuel Kessler, Morgan, Madison Kessler, Lily, Jayne Pflasterer, Logan Bucklew and Meng.
