He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Bernham Martin, Edward and Jacqueline Rawson. He is survived by: his parents, Stephen Holder and Pamela Holder (Rawson); his wife Jennifer Holder (Thompson); his children, Jackson, Emma, Megan and Andrew; his sisters, Sarah Williams (Charles) and Allison Slama (Todd); and his grandmother Della Martin. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
