She was predeceased by: her father John Tillis (Jack); her father-in-law Henry Winter; her siblings, Dan (Sharon), Dennis Tillis and Angie Canner; and her brothers-in-law, Mark Frey and Kirk Winter.
She is survived by: her son Craig Winter; her husband Eric; her son Jared Winter (Emma); her stepdaughter Erica Winter (Ryan); her mother LaVonne Tillis; her mother-in-law Virginia Winter; her sisters, Alice Kempel (Jeff) and Anne Frey; her sisters-in-law, Debbie Tillis (Dennis), Adrienne Mooney and Lauri Winter; her brothers, Dean (Debra), David (Carla) and Dale Tillis (Deanna); her granddaughters, Madison and Samantha Coleman; her great grandchild Ariella Lewis; and her grandson Bromie Winter. She is also survived by 15 nieces and nephews and 20 great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Peace United Church of Christ (1530 Grand Ave, Schofield, WI 54476). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM and on Sunday, October 25th 2026 at 1:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers or gifts, the family has asked that donations be made in Arlene's name to The Women's Community of Wausau or the United Way of Wausau WI or Freeport IL.
