She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Gehlhausen and Clara Gehlhausen (Conner); her husband Donald; her siblings, Ralph Gehlhausen and Carol Marie Jensen (Ronald); and her siblings-in-law, Leland Shippy, Jr., James "Jack" Shippy, Eugene Shippy, Dennis Shippy, Ronald Jensen, Beatrice Shippy (Leland) and Beth Shippy (Eugene).
She is survived by: her sisters-in-law, Mary E. Shippy and Mary Shippy (Dennis); her nieces and nephews, Thomas Shippy (Michele), David Shippy (Barbara), Donald L Shippy Jr. (Donna), William Shippy, Cherie Shippy (Trish) and Catherine Horst (James); her grandchildren, Lauren (Jorge), John, Michael (Sydney), Kristina (Jen), Sarah, James (Katie), Autumn, Joseph, Tyler, Alexandra, Elizabeth and Andrew; and her great grandchild Leo. She is also survived by great-granddaughter and numerous nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
