She was predeceased by: her parents, William Elgin and Elveta Elgin (Hamilton); her husband Kenneth Forrester; and her siblings, Richard Elgin, Sharon (Sue), Lavonne and Patricia.
She is survived by: her children, Steven Hoff, David Hoff (Elaine), Michael Hoff (Lynn), Todd Forrester, Kevin Forrester (Harmony) and Mary Boren; and her sisters, Shirley McCloud and Rose Sheley. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A memorial has been established in Betty's memory.
