She was predeceased by: her parents, Wiliam Elgin and Elveta Elgin (Hamilton); her husband Kenneth Forrester; and her siblings, Richard Elgin, Sharon (Sue), Lavonne and Patricia.
She is survived by: her children, Steven Hoff, David Hoff (Elaine), Michael Hoff (Lynn), Todd Forrester, Kevin Forrester (Harmony) and Mary Boren; and her sisters, Shirley McCloud and Rose Sheley. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Burke Tubbs Funeral Home - Freeport (504 N Walnut Ave, Freeport, IL 61032). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
