He was predeceased by : his parents, George Collison and Marie Collison (Gustin); his wife Becky; and his brothers, Dexter and Rodney.

He is survived by : his siblings, Mark Collison of Sioux Falls, SD, Randy Collison (Wendy) of Wauconda, IL, Leslie Collison of Peshtigo, WI, Warren Collison of Green Bay, WI, Donald Collison of Canton, IL, Paul Collison (Peggy) of Shawnee, KS, Kathy Harwood (Ron) of Daggett, MI and Amy Schwenk (Chad) of Windsor, WI.. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (413 W Empire St, Freeport, IL 61032). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.

A memorial has been established to the family to help with funeral costs.
