With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Cathy Jo Dean (Freeport, Illinois), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Parriott and Mary Viola Parriott (Howe); and her siblings, Sandra "Sissy" Wilson and Richard "Ricky" Parriott. She is survived by: her children, Michelle Fransen, Megan Fransen, Abby Fransen and Jason Fransen (Jill); her grandchildren, Bryson Fransen, Lyla Ahmed, Boden Fransen, Apple Fransen, Asher Fransen, Lily Fransen, Coltyn Niedorowski and Grayson Fransen; her siblings, David Murphy and Carol Morgan; and her friend Joy Horton. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
