He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wirsing and Diane Wirsing (Cromwell); and his sister Crystal. He is survived by: his fiancée Nicole Holmes; his children, Alexander Kauffman, Elexis Holmes, Hutson Kauffman, Madilyn Wirsing, Mylee Wirsing, Aden Wirsing, Ava Wirsing and Isabella Wirsing; his grandson Ashton Epps; his brother Todd Wirsing; and his nieces and nephews, Katrina Gabel, Sadie Pals, Jade Wirsing, Zack Wirsing, Lauren Wirsing, Rain Wirsing, Corbin Wirsing, Christina Wirsing, Brittany Wirsing and Skyee Franklin.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Burke Tubbs Funeral Home - Freeport (504 N Walnut Ave, Freeport, IL 61032). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established in Chad's memory.
