He is survived by: his fiancée Nicole Holmes; his children, Alexander Kauffman, Elexis Holmes, Hutson Kauffman, Madilyn Wirsing, Mylee Wirsing, Aden Wirsing, Ava Wirsing and Isabella Wirsing; his grandson Ashton Epps; his brother Todd Wirsing; and his sibling's children, Katrina Gabel, Sadie Pals, Jade Wirsing, Zack Wirsing, Lauren Wirsing, Rain Wirsing, Corbin Wirsing, Christina Wirsing, Brittany Wirsing and Skyee Franklin.
In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established in Chad's memory.
