He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Maize and Emma Maize (Tamling); his daughter Janet Maize; and his siblings, Lawrence Maize, Jerry Maize, Delores Martz, Pauline Sager, Carol Contardi and Florence Fawver.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Kaderly; his children, Teresa Maize, Kathy Fletcher (Tim) and Michael Maize; his grandchildren, Brandi Buss (Aaron Snyder), Brittani Schubach (Spencer), Zachary Klosa (Anna Welch), Elizabeth Maize and Kyle Maize; his great grandchildren, Cain Snyder and Greyson Schubach; and his siblings, Annabelle Welling and Lyle Maize (Deborah). He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Delmar's name to either Winneshiek Evangelical Free Church or FHN Hospice.
