He was predeceased by: his wife Molly; his parents, Hap Houlihan and Harriet Houlihan; and his sister-in-law Beth Houlihan. He is survived by: his significant other Jaye Loffgren; his stepchildren, Liz Willham (Brian), Katie Denniston and Brandon Moore; his grandchildren, Callie, Grace and Beatrix; and his siblings, John Houlihan, Eileen Kelley (Michael) and Cathy Houlihan-Norris (Bo).
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, August 31st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Open House. He was funny, sharp, and principled, with strong beliefs in justice and public health, due to Covid.
