She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Welch and Virginia Welch (Bender); her siblings, Vicky and Danny; her daughter Joy; her grandson Tyler; and her great grandchild Klay.
She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Taggart Jr. (Lisa) of Freeport, IL, Joe Taggart of Freeport, IL and Penny Taggart (Dan) of Freeport, IL.; and her brother-in-law Wayne Van Raalte Sr. of Shannon, IL. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
A memorial has been established in Donna's memory.
