Doris Mechling Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on December 21, 2021, at the age of 79, Doris Mechling of Freeport, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her sisters, Beverley Lamm and Sandi LaShelle. She is survived by: her daughter Darlene Queckborner (Wagner); her husband Leonard Mechling; her children, Scott Mechling (Brooke) of Lake Somerset, IL, Tammy Scudder (Andy) of Freeport, IL and Kelly Albrecht (Brian) of Winnebago, IL; and her brother Lawrence Queckborner (Inge) of Milledgeville, IL. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
