She was predeceased by: her parents, Phil Fawver and Erma Fawver (Campbell); and her husband David Lee Cox. She is survived by: her children, David A. Cox and Jennifer L. Simmons (Cox); her son-in-law Percy C. Simmons; her sister Kay Koester of Utah; and her sibling's children, Phil Koester and Debbie Koester. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
