He is survived by: his wife Paulette Collins; his children, Clifton Collins (Kim) of Freeport, Illinois, Kendrick Collins (Tricia) of Roscoe, Illinois, Curtis Ellis of Wisconsin, Willie Hall and Keisha Hall of Memphis, Tennessee.; his grandchildren, Latayllia Horde and Carl Horde; his siblings, Lynn Collins (Constance) of Freeport, Charles Collins (Elizabeth) and Dorothy Muse of Freeport, Illinois; and his close friend Jake West. He is also survived by five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and dear friends.
