He was predeceased by : his parents, Edward L. Sr. Orde and Doris M. Orde (Cooke); and his sister Gale Orde. He is survived by : his wife Connie Orde (Moyer); his daughters, Kristin Rademaker (Trent) of Freeport and Lisa Knox (Jason) of Dakota; his grandchildren, Adam Orde of Chicago, Brittany Staska (Josh) of Dakota, Nolan Knox of Dakota and Tyler Rademaker of Freeport; and his stepgranddaughters, Whitney Bower (Andy) and Chelsea Rademaker.

A memorial fund has been established.
