She was predeceased by: her parents, Oney "Frank" Leiby and Nora Leiby (Kluck); her husband Harold Sager; her sons, David and Randy; her son-in-law Perry Glasgow; and her grandsons, James Glasgow and Thomas Shenberger.

She is survived by: her daughters, Karen Glasgow and Cindy Shenberger (Wally); her daughter-in-law Judith Sager; her grandchildren, Joseph Glasgow, Patty Shenberger-O'Connell (Rooster) and David Sager Jr.; her caregivers, Raelyn (Josh Keister), Jace, Cadeyn Glasgow, Hunter (Korrie Harnish), Bryce, Whitney, Peyton Shenberger, Owen, Griffin and Brea Sager; and her great great grandchild Jade Keister. She is also survived by several nieces & nephews.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in her name.
