She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto and Inger Juvrud Sr. (Nyhus); and her husband Jack Blask. She is survived by: her children, Karen Sharkey (Glenn) of Freeport and Paul Schroeder (Marie) of Rockford; her stepchildren, Cindy Jensen (Scott) of Minneapolis, MN, Randy Blask (Lori) of Baileyville, IL and James Blask of Madison, WI.; and her siblings, Russell Juvrud (Pat) of Henning, MN and Ardyce Fjestad of Fergus Falls, MN.
