She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Bere and Ethel Bere (Schroeder); her husband Lowell W Heitter; and her sister Abigail. She is survived by: her sister Clarice Perry of Stockton, IL; her children, Gail Diehl of Freeport, Steven Heitter (Debra) of Weaverville, NC and Patricia Heitter of Phoenix, AZ; her grandchildren, Jeffery Diehl (Tracie) of Monroe, WI, Jessica Bates (Michael) of Verona and Angela Threadgill (John) of Avondale Estates; and her great grandchildren, Jack, Ella Bates, Alexandra, Lauren Diehl and Alene Threadgill.
