He is survived by: his wife Lillie P. Bullock (Freeport); his children, Estelle M. Charles, Michelle D. Griggs (late Charles), France R. Bullock, Rebecca R. Williams, Byron B. Bullock (Brenda) and Brian R. Bullock (Freeport); and his siblings, Kenneth Bullock (Arizona), Nathaniel Bullock (California), June Williams and Yolanda Matthews. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren, 4 great-grand children and a host of nieces, nephews, in-laws and other relatives and dear friends.

Visitation was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church (607 E Stephenson St #641, Freeport, IL 61032). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
