With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Glenn Richard Broge of Freeport, Illinois, who passed away on July 1, 2021 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Broge and Margaret Broge (Tieman); his son Dennis; his grandson Daniel; and his siblings, Donald Broge and Glenda Yeager.

He is survived by: his wife Nancy Crouse; his children, Diane Walz (George), Douglas Broge (Jeri) and Donna Mellen; his grandchildren, Tim Broge (Nicole), Kristine Coon (Anthony), Jerome Broge, Kevin Walz (Kristi), Lisa Thompson (Nick), Ross Mellen (Ashley), Paige Mellen (Kameron) and Brooke Mellen; and his sister Ruth Kleckner. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.

A memorial has been established in his name.
