He was predeceased by: his parents, Perry Baxter and Zoe Baxter (Clark); his sister Jill Rogers (Robert); and his stepsister Caralee Aschenbrenner (Conrad). He is survived by: his spouse Mary-Ellen DeLong; his children, Stacey Clark (Pete), Regan Baxter of Columbia, MD and Brett Baxter of Enterprise, AL; and his grandsons, John and Nicholas Baxter.
