He is survived by: his wife Nanci Goldsmith; his sister-in-law Gretchen Goldsmith; his children, Richard Stabenow (Coralyn) of Trego, Wisconsin, Laurie (Steve Mainville) of Portland, Oregon, Lisa Lloyd (David) of Freeport, Julie Kelly (David) of Crystal Lake, Illinois and Anne VanRaalte (Mark) of Freeport; and his grandchildren, Tristan Stabenow, Joe Stabenow, Corey Stabenow, Jaime Elliott, Adam Lloyd, Nancye Peters, Alexandra Stabenow, Nick Diddens, Hannah Hargrove, Maxwell Trunck, Chris Peterson, Dylan VanRaalte and Marley VanRaalte. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
