He was predeceased by: his sister Jeanine Smith; and his parents, Glenn and Lucy (Wainwright). He is survived by: his wife Patricia (Althof) of Freeport; and his children, Kevin of Wilton Manors, Fla. and Tanya Wetherbee (Wade) of Colorado Springs, Colo..
