We are sad to announce that on April 3, 2024, at the age of 67, James J. Ward of Freeport, Illinois, born in Berwyn, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his fathers, James Leroy and Jean Margaret (Arndt). He is survived by : his siblings, Jane of Freeport, IL. and Jerome Michael (Lisa Ward); and his aunt Lucille Umstead (Arndt) of Jacksonville, FL..

By Jim's request, in lieu of flowers he would ask that a donation be made to any of the charities he faithfully supported – St Jude's for Children, Shriner's Hospital for Children, Disabled American Veterans (DAV), Wounded Warriors and Tunnel to Towers.
