She is survived by: her husband Rodger Kerkhoff of Freeport, IL; her daughter Kelli Hall (Michael) of Monroe, WI; her grandchildren, Emma and Andrew; her son Matthew Kerkhoff (Laura) of Freeport, IL; her grandchildren, Blakeley and Bryce; her sister Gina Gaines (William) of Aston, PA; her sister-in-law Gale Kerkhoff (Tom Pelech) of German Valley, IL; her niece Nicole Yurchuk (Sam); and her nephews, Robert Gaines (Alissa), Ryan Kerkhoff and Jacob Kerkhoff (Caroline).
In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established in Jana's memory.
