Joan Buntjer Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Buntjer of Freeport, Illinois, who passed away on April 1, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Joan Buntjer to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ivan C. Miller and Louise Noe Miller; her husband Willard Buntjer; her siblings, Roger Miller and Lois Myers; and her brother-in-law Fred Fluegel.

She is survived by: her grandchildren, Jacob and Lauren O'Connor of Freeport; her siblings, Carol Fluegel of Dakota and Charles Miller (Sally) of Orangeville; and her siblings-in-law, Nancy Miller of Polo and Alvie Myers of Pecatonica. She is also survived by 19 nieces and nephews.

A memorial has been established in her memory for the Alzheimer's Association.
