He is survived by: his spouse Kay Ellen Miller; his children, Cindy S. Phillips (Jon) of Freeport and Timothy J. Sorn (Stephanie) of Phelps, WI.; his grandchildren, Shawn Phillips (Jenna) of Darlington, WI, Linsey Phillips of Freeport, IL, Sierra Richards of Iron River, MI and Tabitha Richards (Anthony) of Dakota, IL; his great grandchildren, Landon Phillips and Hattie Phillips; and his brother Gerald Sorn of Mesa, AZ. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
