He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Brown and Rose Brown (Hurt); his wife Brenda Daniel; his brother-in-law Fredrick Daniels; and his nephews, Terez Brown, Termaine Brown and Garvio Ross.
He is survived by: his children, Zinanta Stidmon (Ramero) of Freeport, IL, Kewanda Brown of Freeport, IL and Carlos Brown of Chicago, IL; his sisters, Patricia Brown of Fort Wayne, IN, Unita Brown of Chicago, IL and Glinda Brown of Chicago, IL; and his grandchildren, Jakel, Tyler and Ryleigh.
