He was predeceased by: his parents, Singelton Shipp and Paralee Shipp (Horton); and his siblings, Lee Clara Bell, Betty Williams and Erilt Tanzie.
He is survived by: his siblings, Earl Shipp, Levarn Shipp, Nellie Lenoir (Ralph) and Barbara Shipp.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Burke Tubbs Funeral Home - Freeport (504 N Walnut Ave, Freeport, IL 61032). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
