She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Jacobson and Viola Jacobson (Christopherson). She is survived by: her significant other Allen Slama; her sons, Todd Slama (Allison) of Freeport and Troy Slama (Brynn Hogan) of Madison, WI; her grandson Maxwell Slama of Freeport; and her sisters, LueAnn Schaefer (Gerald) of Osseo, WI, Louise Loken (Mike) of Strum, WI and Lenore Wright (Steve) of Galesville, WI. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
