He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Runte and Gladys Runte (Cram); and his brothers, Gerry, David (Second) and Carl.
He is survived by: his wife Dianne L. Runte (Kuhlemeyer); his daughters, Teri Peacock (Paul) of North Pekin, IL and Tracey Runte of Janesville, WI.; his grandchild Jo's; Dianne, McKinley and Callum of Freeport, IL. He is also survived by husband, and two exceptional daughters that called him their dad.
