Linda K. Schultz Obituary

Linda K. Schultz, 77, of Freeport, passed away July 10, 2021, at Monroe Clinic Hospital. Linda was born November 29, 1943, in El Monte, California, the daughter of Carl and Lucille (Wyss) Stubbe. She married James G. Schultz on June 1, 2001, in Red Oak, Illinois. She grew up on a dairy farm in Monroe, Wisconsin. Linda was a graduate of Monroe High School in 1962.

Linda lived outside Red Oak for 42 years. She retired from Kelly Springfield after 28 years of employment. Linda also worked at Structo. She loved gardening, canning, mowing her yard, tending to her feathers friends, ducks, geese, and chickens. She loved her house cats. Surviving is her husband, James Schultz of Freeport; two daughters, Bindy Lillge of Forreston, and Cindy (Todd) Marsh of Pearl City; six grandchildren Cortney Kurtz of Davis, Amanda Fehr of Davis, Brent Fehr of Dakota, Brianna Pierce (Antalon Felton) of Freeport, Alexander Kerr (Mary Kappes) of Freeport, and Aaliyah Whitney of Pearl City; eight great-grandchildren Jaryk and Kamry Kurtz of Davis, JaiDrahDriver and Jaycie Cowan of Davis, Elijah Fehr of Dakota, and Xavier, Xander and Avaya Felton of Freeport; sister, Sharon Oxley of Baraboo, WI.; two nephews, Tim Oxley of Lena, and Terry Oxley Baraboo, WI.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents, Carl and E. Lucille (Wyss) Stubbe. Per family request services will be private. A memorial has been established in her memory.
