She was predeceased by : her parents, Chester Strohecker and Cora Strohecker (William Mooney); her sons, Mark Mooney and Steven Mooney; and her siblings, Dale Strohecker, Chester Strohecker, Delmer Strohecker, Ella Mae Pehl (Elmer) and Sadie Scheideggar (James).
She is survived by : her former life partner William Mooney; her children, Jeri Broge (Doug) of Freeport and William Mooney (Lisa) of Groveland, IL; her daughter-in-law Adrienne Mooney of Freeport; her sister Grace Schatz of Winnebago, IL; her sisters-in-law, Virginia Strohecker of Arthur, IL and Dorothy Strohecker of Freeport, IL.; and her grandchildren, Tim Broge (Nicole), Jerome Broge, Lisa Thompson (Nick), Aaron Mooney, LuAnne Mooney (Sean Thurman), Tara Davis (Corey) of Morton, IL, Heather Morrison of Pekin, IL and Michael Mooney of Groveland, IL. She is also survived by twenty great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial fund has been established for the Salvation Army.
