She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Groezinger and Rayma Groezinger (Schuldt); her husband Marvin Atz; and her sisters, Sandra Jones of Stockton and Carolyn Groezinger of Stockton.

She is survived by: her children, Cindy Cowman (Jeff) of Freeport, Lynda Atz (Brian Dahlk) of Madison, WI and Terry Atz (Deleana) of Freeport; her grandchildren, Tyler Cowman (Emily Li), Emily Cowman (Doug Janicke), Kirsti Williams (Geoff), Heath Atz, Hallie Atz, Graham Atz, Paige Dahlk and Skylar Dahlk; and her great grandchildren, Adeline Williams, Hayleigh Williams, Linkin Williams and Ziva Williams. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

A memorial fund has been established in her name.
