She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Earnest and Anna Earnest (Feld); her brothers, William, Ken and Harold; her husband Richard A. Clark; Homer and Elizabeth Clark.

She is survived by: her children, Diane Kahly (Richard), Lisa Monigold (Dan) and Jeffrey Clark (Bonnie) of Freeport; her grandchildren, Lucas Bowers (Shannon) of Oswego, Lydia (Jeremy), Hille, Emily White (Aaron) of Watertown and Brooke Mendoza (Michael) of San Diego, California.; her great grandchildren, Nevaeh, Kennedy Bowers, Grayce Clark, Michael Steinhauser, Elsie and Lola White; and her sister-in-law Doris Stone (Ron) of Merritt Island.

In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established in Mavis's memory.
