She was predeceased by: her parents, Douglas E. Whalen and Helen E. Whalen (Steinestel); her stepmother Zella Whalen; her husband Jack (Jack); her brothers, Jim, Dick and Jack Whalen; and her stepsisters, Jerry Arola and Norma Wolfe.
She is survived by: her children, Steven Bose (Penny), Cheryl Banner (John), Cynthia London (Ron Sr) and John Bose (Lisa); her grandchildren, Justin London (Jacey), Seth London, Annika London, Zella and Lindy Bose; and her great grandchildren, Trey, Maya London, Jack and Parker London. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A memorial fund has been established in Pat's memory.
