Phyllis E. Elvidge Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis E. Elvidge of Freeport, Illinois, who passed away on April 7, 2026, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, George Berkheimer and Anna Berkheimer (Fischer); and her husband Donald R. Elvidge. She is survived by: her daughter Donna Knaack (Craig); her sister-in-law Margaret Berkheimer; her nieces and nephews, Sheri Swanson, Kathy Olson (Steve), Laurie Berkheimer, Bill Berkheimer and Ron Berkheimer (Kathy); her goddaughter Holly Smallwood; her pet Lucy; her daughter Crystal Ann; her brother William Berhkeimer; her nephew Tim Berkheimer; and her friend Darla.
