We are sad to announce that, on April 5, 2020, at the age of 85, Richard A. Hamm (Freeport, Illinois) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold E. Hamm and Violet L. Hamm (Buehler); his wife Geraldine Mae Wagner; and his brothers-in-law, Donald Wagner and William Wagner.

He is survived by: his daughters, Mary Jo Schmertman (Dan) of Muscatine, IA, Michelle Anne Hartog of Freeport, Lorna Lee Chezem (Kirk) of Ridott, IL and Joanne Lee Lamm (Gary) of Orangeville, IL; and his cousin Fran Ransom (Darrell) of Freeport. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren.
