We are sad to announce that on September 15, 2025, at the age of 93, Richard F. Shouer (Freeport, Illinois) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Shouer and Gladys Shouer; his brother Thomas Shouer; and his nephew Curtis Shouer. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Small; his daughters, Sally Wonder (James) and Julie Shouer; his granddaughter Emily Wonder; his sister-in-law Darlene Shouer; and his nephew Dean Shouer.
